Amazing service! I had an EV and it suddenly stopped holding charge and CarTech was the only place that helped me the same day and are the most reasonably priced in comparison to every other auto body shop I contacted. Customer service exceeded expectations from the first call to when I took car my in and met with Matt. He was extremely knowledgeable especially with EV vehicles and even gave me a rental while I sorted what I would do with my vehicle. I ended up selling my car to them at a very reasonable price and was in the middle of moving states and Matt went above and beyond to assist with the transfer of vehicle. The entire staff was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend for any and all car services!

I honestly thought I might never drive this car again because it’s a BMW hybrid that is no longer in production. I couldn’t just drop it off at any car shop and was quoted outrageous prices to get it fixed but the guys at Cartech were able to fix it in three weeks and now I’m back to riding around and my beloved I3 for 1/4 of the price, the Dealership quoted me I really respect these guys and we will be working with them in the future. They are honest communicative, and all around great people.

The people there were professional and friendly. The mechanic really knew his work, and it a good value for the money they charge for a pre-purchase inspection. I definitely recommend CarTechGA for a pre-purchase inspection.

Knowledgable, fast, professional, and honest. Had a great experience! The fact that there is a body shop there too adds a great convenience of a one-stop-shop experience. they worked on my Porsche Macan and had everything done at a very reasonable price and with high quality parts and service. They also sent me pictures of the car during the process, which was a great way to keep me in the loop. Going back here for any mechanical work from now on.
